Mike G Gets Psychedelic in “Jameson” Video

With the status of Odd Future possibly in limbo, it has been back to the solo grind for the members of the West Coast collective. OF soldier Mike G is one of the group’s lesser known and more inconspicuous characters. The Los Angeles rapper doubles as a member of OG Ron C’s ChopNotSlop crew. Today, he drops the trippy video for the song “Jameson.”

In the treatment we find Mike stuck in a psychedelic dreamscape. The rapper stumbles around unbothered in various shots with abstract backgrounds which are brightly colored. In another scene he raps on the beach sitting on a tugboat that is puffing on a cartoon spliff. This definitely looks like a video concept that was conceived while under the influence mind altering substances.
