Stephon Marbury is gearing up to bring back his Starbury sneakers. Once on sale for $15 at the now-closed Steve and Barrys stores, the former basketball star’s kicks were at a tenth of what Michael Jordan’s coveted shoes go for today. Taking to Twitter, Marbury slammed Jordan for the violence that has ensued over his highly sought after kicks. Calling the six-time champion “greedy,” the former New York Knick retweeted fans and offered his own commentary.

Noting the struggles some parents may face to cop Jordans for their children, and the fact that the masses have gotten “caught up in the greatness” of the heralded NBA player, Marbury vowed that “the time would change.”
